The office is on the very southside of Brentwood less than 2 minutes from Interstate 65 and less than 5 minutes from the Cool Springs Mall.

You will receive a link approximately 5-10 minutes before the session start time. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the meeting. You can download the telehealth app to your phone or stay on your web browser. It will appear similar to Zoom but is HIPAA compliant

Yes. I offer in-person sessions Monday through Wednesday.

My self-pay rate is $150 per session. I offer a discount for first responders, military, nurses, and teachers. I also accept the following insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, and Quest. Let me know if you would like to use your insurance.

We will spend the first few moments reviewing any questions you had about any paperwork. After that, we will spend the majority of the time discussing your reasons for seeking therapy. This is your time to let me know the main things that have been going on in all the different parts of your life. This is also a time when you can ask any questions about the counseling process.

This varies greatly depending on your reasons for seeking treatment. Most clients typically attend at least 10-18 sessions with some attending less and some attending more. The frequency of sessions all depends on need. We can discuss both length of treatment and frequency of treatment more as part of your first appointment.
